I RECEIVED THE CATALOG FOR THE VACATION RENTAL HOMES IN THE OUTER BANKS AND SEEN THAT IT STATES *PRIVATE POOL OPEN (THEN THE DATES) AND THEN A PRICE $400.00. IS THIS EXTRA ON TOP OF THE WEEKLY RATES THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY OR IS THIS INCLUDED?

I wonder how cold the pool water will be in my vacation rental the first week of June. We have a surplus in the vacation budget that can be used to heat the pool or buy booze. I’m leaning toward the booze but am afraid the pool will be too cold to use.
